Shipping within Australia
- Standard post is free, anywhere in Australia. No minimum spend.
- Express is available for $6 at checkout.
- Dispatch: orders are packed and sent from Perth within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: standard takes 3–7 business days depending on where you are.
- Tracking: you get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
International shipping
We ship to 27 countries including New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and most of Europe. A flat rate is shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination.
Any duties, import taxes or customs charges applied by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Changed your mind? No worries.
- 30 days: return your BuzzCheck within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Condition: items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened mouthpiece packs can't be returned.
- Faulty items: if your device arrives damaged or stops working under normal use, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you.
How to start a return
Send us a message from the contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return postage is on us if the return is due to a fault or a shipping error. If you're returning because you changed your mind, the return postage is yours.
