• Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Australia: Standard (3–7 business days) or Express — rates shown at checkout.
• International: we ship to selected countries including the US, UK, EU, NZ, Canada and more. Flat rate shown at checkout; delivery times vary by destination.
• Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

Changed your mind? No worries.

• 30-day returns: return your BuzzCheck within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Condition: items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened mouthpiece packs can't be returned.
• Faulty items: if your device arrives damaged or stops working under normal use, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you.
