How long does it take?
About 10 seconds for the sensor to warm up, then a 10-second breath, then your result. Under half a minute in total.
How accurate is it?
It gives an estimate. Readings are affected by how recently you drank, by food, and by mouthwash or anything else with alcohol in it. Wait at least 20 minutes after your last drink before testing, and treat the number as information rather than a decision.
How long do the batteries last?
Several hundred tests on the three AAA batteries included. They're standard AAA batteries you can replace anywhere.
Can my friends use it?
Yes — that's what the five mouthpieces are for. They pop off and on, so nobody has to share one. Spares are cheap and standard.
What's in the box?
One BuzzCheck pocket breathalyser, five replaceable mouthpieces, and three AAA batteries — already installed. Nothing to download, nothing to pair.
How fast is shipping?
Orders are packed and dispatched from Perth within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–7 business days and is free. Express is available for $6. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes, to 27 countries including New Zealand, the UK, the US, Canada and most of Europe. A flat rate is shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination, and any local duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
What if I change my mind?
Return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened mouthpiece packs can't be returned. If a device arrives damaged or stops working under normal use, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you.
